As the DiaMIND Life EmpowHERment Coach I help women and young girls get unstuck and move forward with clarity. My experience comes from years of coaching women through real-life storms. I understand the weight of past hurt, family dysfunction, trauma, burnout, depression, divorce, single parenting stress, and major life transitions. I meet you where you are. No judgment. My coaching is personal and practical. I teach self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence building, boundary setting, and the mindset shifts needed to change the direction of your life. The work on My Self began AGAIN in 2018. In 2019, my world was shook. My Mother was hospitalized and I reached out to Queen Jewel. She graciously counseled Me through an extremely difficult time in my life. Then… in 2020 when Jewel's master class "The InnerVersity" was birthed, my healing journey jumped leaps and bounds. I became aware and very Intentional about how I wanted My Life to Be!

My name is Ashaki M. Reed. I am a resident of Chicago, IL. I have been a virtual follower of Jewel Diamond Taylor's, Women On The Grow Organization, for well over 10+ years now. I came to know Mrs. Taylor through the referral of a former Co-worker. My acquaintance with her was during a very critical time in both my professional and personal life.

The challenges experienced during this time adversely affected both my self-esteem and self-confidence, which were refreshingly reconciled through the selfless and sincere, albeit indirect coaching of Mrs. Taylor. Reading the affirmations, listening to the tips, and seeing her posts about her organization, events, and family gave me the encouragement that I needed to "keep the main thing the main thing" when my focus was faulty, flawed, and fickle and to "stay in the light" on those days I was feeling discouraged, distressed and distant.
